Having its roots in the Malay cuisine, Nasi Lemak is a creamy, coconut-milk-infused rice dish with an aromatic pandan smell that is traditionally served with fried ikan bilis, peanuts, eggs, cucumber slices, and sambal (spicy chili paste).
