For every $1 spend (base on nett amount and excluding shipping cost), the member will earn 1 Cocoa Rewards point. Accumulate 100 points and the member can redeem for $1 rebate in the next purchase.

Points cannot be earned by accumulating different amounts of transactions.

No merging of points is allowed.

Points are credited as soon as the order status is updated as ‘complete’.

Points will not be issued for previous purchases.

Cocoa Rewards program is a membership program solely for online purchases, and applicable on all products.

No encashment is allowed.

No points will be returned in the event of a return, refund or exchange.

There will not be any changes to the points earned.

The earning and use of points, together with participation in referral program and entitlement to prizes after playing the online games are solely meant for members.

The points are valid for 365 days from the point of issuance.
