Cookies can become hard when the moisture in them evaporates. To prevent that, please ensure your cookies are kept in an airtight container. But not to worry, our favourite way to revitalise hard cookies are by covering them with a damp paper towel and microwaving them for 10-15 seconds - you get warm cookies to enjoy, and they're almost good as new!
