Information On Order

1. Acknowledgement of submitted orders will be made via telephone/email. If you do not hear from us within 1 working day, please contact us at 6858 1800 or email us at blue@thecocoatrees.com.
2. Last date for delivery of Christmas Hampers is 31 December 2009.

Delivery Information

1. Delivery charge of SGD 10.00 per location applies.
2. in the event of an unsuccessful delivery, a SGD 10.00 fee will be imposed for each re-delivery.

Terms and Conditions

1. FOCUS Network Agencies (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to replace any item with another of equivalent value depending on stock and packaging material availability.
2. All prices are inclusive of GST.
3. A fee of 50% of the total bill will be levied upon cancellations made less than 7 working days prior to delivery date.
4. All payments made are non-refundable and items non-exchangeable.

Hamper Customisation

1. Hamper customisation service is available upon request at the following The Cocoa Trees boutiques: Raffles City, Suntec City, Plaza Singapura, ION Orchard, Vivocity, Harbourfront Centre and Tanglin Shopping Mall.
2. Collection or delivery of customised hampers depends on the level of customisation and availability of products and packaging materials.
