How do I renew my membership? |
A renewal letter with instructions will be mailed to you 6 weeks before the expiry of your membership.

How long do I have to wait after submitting my membership application form? |
The processing time is approximately 6 to 12 weeks. A temporary card valid for 3 months will be issued to you while your permanent card is being processed.
